Access, Parking and Transport : How far is the hotel from the train station and the city centre ?

TRAIN STATION: Hôtel Origami is ideally located just a 15-minute walk from Strasbourg's TGV train station.

TRAM: Line A (Parc des Sports) or Line D (Poteries) get you to the historic city centre and the cathedral in under 10 minutes, and to Strasbourg train station in just one stop.
The La Rotonde tram stop is located right by Hôtel Origami Lifestyle.

What are your cancellation policies?

Answer

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. After this deadline, the first night will be charged. Free cancellation does not apply during the Strasbourg Christmas Market period or on non-cancellable, non-refundable rates.

Arrivals, Departures and Logistics : What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM.

On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated by 12:00 PM.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

A free, secure luggage room is available 24/7, so you can explore Strasbourg hands-free.

Does the hotel have parking? What are the rates?

The hotel does not have private parking, but you can pull up in front of the entrance to unload your luggage.
For parking, you have two options:

Free: A free public car park is located 450 metres away.
Secure and economical: The Rotonde Park & Ride (P+R), 400 metres away. Its flat rate covers parking plus a round-trip tram ticket for all passengers in the vehicle (up to 7 people).

Is it possible to eat on site at the hotel?

Absolutely. While we're not a traditional restaurant, we offer a grab-and-go dining option:

Homemade snacking: Available from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM (local dishes prepared by Hôtel Athena Spa)

Dining and Services What are the breakfast times and price?

Answer

Our breakfast buffet, made up of fresh, local and seasonal products (Alsatian pastries, gluten-free options, etc.), is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM on weekdays, and from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends and public holidays.

The price is 15€ per person/day.

Do you offer baby cots or family rooms?

Absolutely. We have a family room with interconnecting rooms. Free baby cots (under 2 years) can be set up on request (subject to availability, please ask in advance).

Family and Pets Are pets allowed at Hôtel Origami?

Yes, small dogs and cats are welcome with us! A supplement of 11€ per night, per pet applies.
